Standard and approach
The website is being designed and tested with WCAG 2.2 Level AA as the target. Work includes semantic structure, keyboard support, visible focus, color contrast, text resizing and reflow, accessible forms and errors, reduced-motion support, and automated plus manual testing.
Ongoing improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing practice. Content, browsers, assistive technologies, and third-party integrations change. Reported barriers will be reviewed, prioritized by impact, and documented as they are addressed. This statement does not claim perfect conformance before testing is complete.
Feedback and assistance
The final statement will provide an approved accessibility email, optional phone number, mailing address, and response expectation. Those details remain unresolved and block production release. Feedback should be able to identify the page, task, assistive technology or browser where useful, and the requested format or assistance.
Third-party content
Some approved scheduling, form, video, or document services may be outside direct control. Proper Commerce will assess providers, avoid unnecessary inaccessible integrations, and offer an alternative path where reasonably possible.
